2. Our Services

Infinite Protection provides managed cybersecurity services for small and mid-size businesses, including threat protection, monitoring, email and phishing security, data backup and recovery, security assessments, and team awareness training. The specific scope of any services we provide will be defined in a separate agreement or quote. Our free security assessment carries no obligation to purchase.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, provide your information, or enroll in our messaging program. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Infinite Protection. We offer two separate, optional types of messaging, and you choose which to receive:

• Transactional messages related to your account, orders, or services you have requested, which may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, requested pricing information, order confirmations, and account or service notifications.
• Marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and new product or service updates.

5. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Infinite Protection. The consent checkboxes on our forms are optional, and you may use our services without opting in to messaging.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive messages from that program. If you need assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

7. Supported Carriers Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. Supported carriers may change, and message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
